Reorganize naturally
Copy or cut an item or entire container, navigate somewhere else, and paste it into its new destination.
Give every real-world item an address, from the property or room to the exact shelf, bin, section, or drawer, then find it by search or QR scan.
Start with one cabinet, closet, shelf, or container - not your entire home. Add a few everyday belongings, then use the Search feature to find one of your items.
ThingPing models storage the way it exists: a home contains a garage, the garage contains shelving, and the shelf contains the tote holding your Item.
A conventional inventory list can tell you that an item exists. ThingPing preserves the path to it, the container around it, the person who borrowed it, and the changes that brought it there. It is built around how storage actually behaves.
Search and filter your inventory while every result keeps its complete physical path. “I have one” becomes “it is in the Garage Workshop, on Shelf 2, inside the Blue Parts Tote.”
Pan, zoom, and move Locations or Items on the Map. ThingPing keeps independent storage areas from colliding and uses AI guidance to flag unlikely physical relationships without taking control away from you.
Queue any Item or Location, design a QR label for your paper, and print a full sheet. Rapid Scan opens the current ThingPing record from a live camera or QR photo.
ThingPing handles the moves, handoffs, reference material, and recovery needs that ordinary inventory lists tend to lose.
Copy or cut an item or entire container, navigate somewhere else, and paste it into its new destination.
Mark multiple items or containers as borrowed, record the borrower, and return or permanently remove them later.
Add a photo, notes, and private manuals, receipts, or other attachments directly to an Item.
ThingPing warns about physically unlikely placements while allowing unusual arrangements that make sense to you.
Choose from a broad icon library or turn your own photo into a private icon you can use immediately.
